江蘇裝配流水線 ,江蘇倍速鏈流水線 ,江蘇倍速鏈裝配生產(chǎn)線：三流道倍速鏈采用增速鏈或滾子鏈為輸送介質(zhì)，導(dǎo)軌采用較為先進(jìn)的鋁合金型材（912鋁型型材），由主機(jī)帶動(dòng)輸送鏈條，再托拖動(dòng)工裝板運(yùn)行，當(dāng)線體作自由節(jié)拍運(yùn)行時(shí)，工裝板由輸送鏈條托拖到達(dá)每工位工作位置，再由腳踏開關(guān)拉制氣動(dòng)阻擋器，使工裝板停在預(yù)定工作位置，旋轉(zhuǎn)工裝板可作360度或180度旋轉(zhuǎn)。完成工序后，操作人員只要踏腳踏開關(guān)，工裝板即可進(jìn)入下一道工序。

江蘇裝配流水線：三流道倍速鏈工裝板到達(dá)終端時(shí)，觸動(dòng)終端行程開關(guān)，能自動(dòng)橫向移動(dòng)至對(duì)邊，繼行未完的工序，實(shí)現(xiàn)工裝板在環(huán)形軌道內(nèi)自動(dòng)往復(fù)循環(huán)，三流道中間道作為空板返回，采用歐姆龍CPM1A可編程序控制器控制。

（1）  打開江蘇倍速鏈裝配生產(chǎn)線：三流道倍速鏈總開關(guān)；

（2）  按控制箱操作面板上的“馬達(dá)”——“啟動(dòng)”；“照明”—“啟動(dòng)”等。

 三， 江蘇裝配流水線：三流道倍速鏈關(guān)機(jī)操作

關(guān)閉“馬達(dá)”，調(diào)速器調(diào)至“0”，關(guān)閉“照明”等。

關(guān)閉總開關(guān)。

2. Assembly line: start-up operation of three-runner double-speed chain

(1) Turn on the double-speed chain assembly line: the main switch of the three-runner double-speed chain;

(2) Press "Motor"-"Start"; "Illumination"-"Start" on the operation panel of the control box.

 3. Assembly line: shutdown operation of three-channel double-speed chain

Turn off the "motor", adjust the governor to "0", turn off the "lighting" and so on.

Turn off the main switch.
